Mona, great demo at the VeggieFest! Heard lots of good buzz. Had lunch with friends who were talking about it and we all agreed that once back home we’re going to get into more raw. It’s not a new topic for us as long-time vegetarians but we were just never inspired to make the effort until we saw you. You’re a dynamo! Keep that smile–and thanks, for all of us.

Awesome Janey! So glad you enjoyed the demo and are inspired to eat more raw foods. Even as vegetarians it’s easy to eat a lot of cooked processed foods, so it’s great when we find easy fun ways to bring more fresh stuff back in our diets. Our bodies love it when we do that! Thanks for all the positive words and love and good vibes! xoxo

Mona, just got back from Veg. Fest in Orlando. Loved your raw tacos, I am making them right now! I was looking for your apple pie recipe too, and could not find it… did I overlook it? That recipe was delicious too!

@Angela – You are quick and awesome! Getting into action so quickly after being back from Veg Fest and making the Omega Level Tacos shows a super great commitment to YOU and to your wonderful BODY. I’m impressed and happy to hear about this! I’m going to be putting the apple pie recipe up tomorrow – so stay tuned. I’m so glad you loved the tacos and apple pie and now have at least two healthy delicious things you can enjoy that are raw and life-giving. Woo hoo! xoxo
